beginning goal #62

Hi everyone -

My goal #62 is to take my vitamins every day for a month (and hopefully after a month, I will have developed the habit of taking vitamins and I'll take them for forever and it will be just lovely). I am beginning this goal today. I need you all to do me a favor and keep me going with this goal! Midterms are coming up and I can't afford to get sick! So when you talk to me, ask me about my vitamins.

I prefer to take all medicines in the morning. If there is a placebo effect and I get some sort of health benefit just by knowing that I took medicine, I feel that taking them in the AM will maximize any potential positive effects of that placebo effect.

This isn't really scientific reasoning on the matter, so if you have the lowdown on the benefits of taking vitamins at night, let's hear it.
